CHELMSFORD CONSTRUCTION COMPANY BUILDING NATIONAL SUCCESS
A Chelmsford-based construction firm is set to take turnover past the £1 million mark this year and launch a North West base, despite operating in a sector hit hard by the downturn.
Established in 2005, Pryme Property Solutions Ltd specialises in repairing buildings affected by subsidence and works for a number of claims management companies in the UK insurance market.
Pryme Property Solutions Ltd currently focuses on work in Essex, London and Kent and the home counties, plans to open an operation in the North West next year, which will see it recruit additional staff and target sales of £1.5 million in 2010.
The company expansion is being supported by its business banking partner, Lloyds TSB Commercial, which has backed the company since inception and is providing guidance on managing growth as well as day-to-day banking facilities.
